- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for claims-related projects and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with Claims, Operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver project objectives and business solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Support solution design, system implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of General Insurance or Life Insurance Claims processes.
- Proven experience delivering system implementation, process improvement, or transformation projects.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
