• Perform daily settlement related to PWM products

Job Description：

• Perform daily operations for both Hong Kong and US stock markets

• Perform daily settlement of securities, including bonds, funds etc

• Handle the daily corporate action duties including dividend payout, bonus, rights issue, cash offer, scrip dividend, announcement monitoring, meeting instruction processing, eIPO, and physical securities deposit and withdrawal, (In/Out) settlement instruction

• Handle customer enquiries (via call centre, Email, SMS or phone)

Requirements：

• University degree or above

• At least 3 year related banking experience

• Experienced in operating market systems, e.g. CCASS, Bloomberg, SWIFT

• Willing to work shift if required

职责

• 负责证券业务营运包括提供网上平台给零售客户买卖香港及美国股票

• 负责处理所有投资品交收﹐包括债券﹐基金等

• 处理公司行动，例如派股息、红股、供股、选取现金或股份股息、出席股东大会等等，客户认购新股（eIPO）、客户股票存入及提取；以及处理客户股票转仓指示

• 处理证券客户有关其证券账户的相关查询（经远程中心、电邮、短讯或致电回复客户）

要求

• 大学本科或以上

• 3年或以上有关行业经验

• 系统操作经验(包括 CCASS, Bloomberg, SWIFT)

• 可配合轮班安排
