Senior project manager- VA focussed

My client - one of the largest investment banks is looking for someone who can act as the key driver for the company’s projects—hands-on, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

1. Front-line experience is a plus (they should understand the operation flow), but supporting functions are also okay if they’ve got exposure to how the business runs. Experience in transforming regular operations into VA is a plus.
2. Establish, maintain, and refine best-practice project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or

Hybrid) to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead

role overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

•Evidence of managing projects with budgets exceeding $HKD 1M and cross-functional teams of 15+

members.

•Expert-level knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and reporting

tools.
