About the team
As part of Internal Control & Administration Section under Banking COO office, you will get to work in contributing Banking APAC teams in Hong Kong from internal control and administrative perspective. The role provides a great opportunity to be a part of Banking APAC in Mizuho through fundamental support for the business and also critical element of front office internal control across APAC countries.
Role requirements
- Responsible for overall internal control at Banking APAC front offices at Hong Kong, including 1^st line compliance process, internal management reporting, and procedures and manuals maintenance in relation to front office activities
- Coordinate and provide admin support to Banking APAC front office functions such as sector coverage and products and solutions located in Hong Kong, including travel & entertainment, event and sponsorship, expense process, and other administrative supports
- Manage overall expense budget in Banking APAC front offices in Hong Kong with coordinating with key stakeholders within Hong Kong functions and with relevant parties across APAC countries
- In charge of other administrative works at Banking APAC front offices at Hong Kong including proper document and record keeping either physical or electronical, control supplies and facilities related of office premise

- We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can proactively analyzes his/her work to improve quality and efficiency;
- Manages regular work without SH/TH's guidance and handles irregular cases by obtaining necessary guidance from line managers;
- Builds good working relationship with other members and stakeholders and effectively collaborates with them to achieve team goals.
- Respect for and commits to high standards of business conduct and integrity in promoting deals/projects, conducting operations/ reporting, etc.
Work experience, education and skills
- Bachelor Degree in business or related field
- At least 5 years of professional internal control and administrative work experience in large and or international financial institutions
- Strong inter-personal skills in effective and efficient communications
- Self-motivated, proactive, team player with strong learning ability
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, etc.) and efficient processing ability of administrative works
- Proficiency in English
