Position 1 : Associate

1. Conduct industry, market, and competitor research with a focus on fintech trend and AI strategy
2. AI adaption to enhance workflow efficiency for firmwide initiatives
3. Support corporate strategy, business planning and change-management processes
4. Track business performance metrics and prepare analytical reports
5. Assist in financial analysis and investment evaluation
6. Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders

Position 2: AVP/VP

1. Conduct macro, industry and competitor analysis and research
2. Execute corporate strategy and business planning projects
3. Initiate, evaluate and manage business and capital alliance projects
4. Support management of overseas subsidiaries as well as new market entry
5. Monitor business KPIs and performance, manage new business initiatives
6. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations in English and Chinese, for regulators, industry association, headquarter leadership and internal use
