Fund Operations Support

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the asset management business, including fund administration, procurement activities, and maintenance of operational systems.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with investment guidelines, regulatory requirements, internal bank policies, and risk management parameters, ensuring adherence across investment activities.
• Produce and maintain reports relating to asset allocation, derivative exposure, and other regulatory monitoring requirements for the investment services business.
• Enhance and maintain monitoring frameworks and tools to accommodate changes in customized investment mandates, new fund launches, and the introduction of new financial instruments.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and development initiatives.
• Conduct NAV validation through reconciliations and other reasonableness checks to ensure accurate fund valuation.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in asset management operations, investment products, or investment compliance monitoring.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to capital markets and derivative products, including exchange-traded and OTC instruments such as equity options, repos, and total return swaps, would be advantageous.
• Strong command of both English and Chinese, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
• Experience with Bloomberg AIM and/or investment compliance rule coding is highly desirable.
