IT Analyst (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Our client, a top private bank, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Analyst / IT Support Analyst to join the team.

Your new role

• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including user guides, SOPs, process flows, reports, and knowledge-based articles.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and up to date.
• Assist with daily IT support activities, service requests, and issue follow-up.
• Support system testing (UAT) and help track defects and resolutions.
• Coordinate with users and technical teams to gather information and support issue resolution.
• Assist with IT projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills (key requirement).
• Good attention to detail and ability to produce clear and professional documents.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and support processes.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.
