FP&A Manager | TMT, Based in SEA

Your new role

• Lead monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast results.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
• Partner with business units to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support business cases, investment evaluations, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Improve reporting processes and drive automation through Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Participate in system enhancement and finance transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, CIMA) preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
