What the job involves
- Active participation in deal origination, structuring and execution alongside senior members of the team
- Focus on complex financial and commercial analysis, models, due diligence and all aspects of deal management pre and post-execution
- Contribute to the ongoing management of portfolio companies, driving growth and in due course exploring exit opportunities and processes
- M&A experience at leading globally recognised bulge bracket investment banks. Ideally, you will have had exposure to sponsor-led deals globally
- Buyout investment deal experience is favourable and preferred
- Top class research, analytical and quantitative skills
- Full native-level or near native-level fluency in English and an additional Asian language
