- Assist the senior team members on financial and commercial analysis, models, due diligence and all aspects of deal management pre and post-execution
- Full involvement in the entire deal execution process
- Contribute to the monitoring of portfolio companies and involvement in its exits
- Minimum of one year working experience at a global investment bank and/ or tech investing experience at a private equity fund
- Superb technical capability and modelling skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Passionate about technology investments and strong understanding of tech companies' business models
- Near native-level English with full business fluency in Chinese Mandarin
