bout the Role We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to join a growing team delivering AI-driven solutions within an investment banking environment. This role focuses on building production-grade AI applications that enhance research, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
You will work across the full development lifecycle, combining modern frontend and backend engineering with advanced AI capabilities such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This is an opportunity to work on high-impact systems where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Build scalable APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Develop and implement RAG-based AI solutions integrating large language models with enterprise data
• Deliver production-ready AI systems, including monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
• Deploy and maintain applications in Azure cloud environments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including document and knowledge-based systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience
• Strong expertise in React and Python
• Proven experience delivering production AI applications (not prototype or personal projects)
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and LLM-based solutions
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
