Senior Windows Engineer - Leading MNC- Automation Transformation Project

Our client, a global leading MNC, is looking for multiple Windows Engineers to work on their System Engineering transformation project.
Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Windows Server OS migrations, including in-place upgrades, clean installations, and server role migrations
• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines
• Perform system administration tasks, including patch management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal downtime during migrations
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems engineering, with a focus on Windows OS and VMware
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing Windows 10 migration and deployment projects
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and virtualization technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus
