We are looking for aSenior Product Designer to lead the evolution for our client global t platform. In this role, You will navigate complex system architecture, integrate cutting-edge AI-first features, and mature our core design system to transform raw operational data into clear, actionable maritime strategy.

What You’ll Do

  1. End-to-End Design Leadership: Own the full product lifecycle across web and mobile platforms—from deep user research and complex information architecture to high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces.
  2. Scale the Design System: Evolve and govern our cross-platform design tokens and UI components to ensure seamless handoffs and visual consistency with engineering.
  3. Architect AI Workflows: Design intuitive, probabilistic AI features and advanced analytics views that simplify risk assessment, reduce overhead, and optimize voyage costs.
  4. Data-Informed Strategy: Formulate tracking setups and leverageGA4 behavioral analytics to evaluate live user behaviors and map future product roadmap priorities.
  5. Global Collaboration: Foster a highly collaborative product culture, aligning across internal engineering, product, and marketing pods located in Hong Kong and India.

What You Bring

  1. 4–7+ years of experience shipping high-utility UX for intricate, complex B2B platforms, enterprise SaaS, or heavy logistics environments.
  2. A portfolio showcasing robustsystems-level thinking , user-led product strategies, and a proven track record of shifting core product KPIs.
  3. High proficiency inFigma alongside the curiosity and confidence to integrate AI-assisted prototyping into your daily workflow.
  4. Outstanding communication skills with a knack for stakeholder storytelling, breaking down complex functional decisions into compelling logic.

Bonus Points

  1. Experience designing real-time data visualization dashboards, IoT analytics, or heavy industry/maritime software.
  2. Comfort speaking the language of developers (basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript understanding).
  3. Background working within safety-critical compliance frameworks.
