Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining accurate fund accounting records and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Performing reconciliations, including cash, securities, and other assets.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and investor reports.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for audits and reviews.
• Providing support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reviewing and improving accounting procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve financial objectives and deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) for effective communication.
• Accounting experience in SFC Type 4 and 9 is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting practices and principles.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
