Institutional Sales Manager/Senior Associate - International Asset Management Firm

An international asset management firm is seeking a Sales senior associate/ manager to support its institutional distribution business in Hong Kong. This role playing a key role in supporting relationship management, business development across Greater China.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively support senior sales in developing and managing institutional client relationships across target markets, contributing to revenue generation and client acquisition initiatives
2. Prepare and deliver marketing materials, pitchbooks, and product updates; assist in client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing sales campaigns
3. Monitor pipeline activity and maintain CRM records, tracking client interactions, opportunities, and market intelligence
4. Provide day-to-day sales support including responding to client queries, coordinating internal stakeholders

Candidate Profile

1. Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline
2. 3–8 years of experience in institutional sales, client coverage, or related support roles within asset management
3. Strong interest in client-facing sales, with proven ability to support business development and contribute to revenue generation
4. Solid understanding of investment products (e.g. equities & fixed income) and institutional client landscape in Greater China.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and prepare high-quality marketing materials
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred
