Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute regional P2P (C2C) payments expansion strategies to drive sustainable business growth across Greater China
- Own C2C business performance, including product optimization and user growth initiatives
- Analyze user behavior and regional market dynamics to identify opportunities, improve user experience, and solve key pain points
- Develop and implement risk control and quality management frameworks using data-driven methodologies
- Build and optimize end-to-end business funnel analytics; translate insights into actionable product and growth strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and operations teams to enhance platform performance and scalability
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in internet finance, fintech, payments, or related industries
- Proven experience in multi-market or regional operations is highly preferred
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin required)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with hands-on execution ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
