Vice President, Corporate Finance

Job Responsibilities:

1. Leading day-to-day responsibility with respect to transaction execution throughout the deal life cycle;
2. Liaising with various parties in dealing with daily execution issues;
3. Developing relationships with our clients;
4. Providing capital raising solutions and strategic advice to corporates;
5. Executing IPO, debt and block trade transactions;
6. Due diligence, coordination and management of clients and various professional parties, transaction documentation, liaison with regulatory authorities, valuation analysis, rating agency and investor marketing;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors;
2. At least 7 years experiences in investment banking, consulting, research or private equity or other relevant experience;
3. CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
4. Knowledge of the investment banking product suite;
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
6. Solid financial modelling and valuation skills;
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
8. Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
9. Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
10. Fluency in English and Mandarin；Both written and verbal communication skills;
11. Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
