Unsecured Lending Product Manager SVP

Responsible for organising, planning, directing and controlling activities in connection with the promotion and development of consumer and unsecured lending activities.

Your new role

• Ensure profitable and healthy development of consumer and unsecured lending portfolios.
• Liaise with various business units to promote consumer and unsecured lending activities.
• Develop sales plans for each channel and provide support for its achievement.
• Develop and manage corporate business partners to support the development of consumer and unsecured lending business.
• Coordinate with credit and loans departments to ensure smooth operation, and resolves problems as appropriate.
• Develop, review and improve the internal control, overall targets and system and procedures of the department in compliance with the bank's policies and objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree
• Minimum 8 years experience in consumer and unsecured lending field.
• Requires thorough knowledge of consumer and unsecured lending products and activities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
