Team Head, AML Advisory, Banking

Your new role

• 
  Lead the advisory team in providing expert guidance to business units and stakeholders, ensuring full alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  
• 
  Maintain robust AML/CFT controls and facilitate seamless collaboration with internal and external partners on daily operational matters.
  
• 
  Oversee the life cycle of AML/CFT policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current and are effectively implemented across the organisation.
  
• 
  Conduct comprehensive reviews of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients.
  
• 
  Act as the primary point of contact for overseas subsidiaries regarding AML/CFT initiatives.
  
• 
  Drive and support AML/CFT-related ad-hoc projects as required.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 
  Require 7-8+ years of experience in AML/CFT advisory in Banking. Team-leading experience is a plus but not a must.
  
• 
  Possession of AAMLP, CAMLP, or CAMS certifications is highly preferred.
  
• 
  A proactive, analytical professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  
• 
  Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
