We are looking for a dynamic and motivated communications professional to lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives across the region. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and project manager who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering impactful programmes that strengthen workplace culture and employee experience.
Your new role
- Develop and deliver internal communications and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Create, edit, and distribute employee communications, including leadership messages, articles, digital content, and event materials.
- Manage communication channels and content calendars to ensure timely, relevant, and consistent messaging.
- Plan and execute engagement campaigns and programmes that encourage employee participation.
- Coordinate employee events, town halls, and leadership forums, including communications and logistics.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce stories, updates, and impact reports highlighting community and social impact initiatives.
- Lead communications for employee giving campaigns, volunteer programmes, and charitable activities.
- Support community engagement, fundraising, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, CSR, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in financial services or banking is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing communication campaigns and employee engagement programmes.
