Head of Business Process Management - Banking

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across the full SDLC, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and headquarters to align delivery with strategic plans and enterprise architecture
• Proactively identify business needs and drive improvements in systems, processes, and data management
• Manage and mentor delivery teams while ensuring adherence to organisational standards and providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT project experience within financial institutions, including significant experience in business process management and team leadership
• Strong expertise in software delivery management, project planning, and cross-functional execution in global environments
• Hands-on experience with BPM systems and enterprise technology platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Banking experience
