Private Credit Associate

Your new company
We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Private Credit team. The role will focus on credit analysis, deal execution, and portfolio monitoring across a range of direct lending and structured credit investments. We welcome candidates from Big 4 advisory (Transaction Services/Valuations/Deals) and Leveraged Finance / Corporate Banking backgrounds who are looking to transition into buy-side investing.

Your new role

• Perform detailed financial analysis, credit assessment, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models (e.g., cash flow, LBO, downside scenarios)
• Support deal execution including investment memos, internal approvals, and documentation
• Conduct industry and company research to identify risks and opportunities
• Participate in structuring and negotiation of financing terms
• Monitor portfolio companies, including performance tracking and covenant compliance
• Assist in ongoing portfolio reporting and investor materials

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in:Big 4 (Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, Valuations), or Leveraged Finance, Corporate Banking, or Credit Analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of credit fundamentals and capital structures
• Experience reviewing financial statements and performing due diligence
• High attention to detail with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
