This prestigious financial institution is looking for a Project Manager who has hands-on experience in delivering Transformation Projects to join its dynamic business here in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Lead complex transformation and technology projects from initiation through implementation and post-production support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Drive the successful delivery of AI, automation, and digital initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, testing activities, user training, and change management efforts.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within Finance related industry
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
