Job Description
- Owns overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting
- Oversees governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit relationships
- Supports business growth, new initiatives, and cross-border projects through financial analysis and modelling
- Manages regulator-facing finance matters and senior external stakeholders
- Leads and develops a high-performing finance team in a highly regulated environment
- Over 8 years of senior finance experience in financial services, market infrastructure, exchange, clearing, or banking
- Strong Hong Kong regulatory and board-facing experience; China exposure highly advantageous
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA / ACCA / CA)
- Fluent English, Mandarin strongly preferred
