- Assist in transformation initiatives
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis and solution design activities.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines and stakeholder communications.
- Drive process enhancements across digital platforms, client services, risk controls and operational workflows.
- Support testing, implementation and ongoing business change initiatives.
- Assist on ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of BA/ PM experience at a top financial institution
- Excellent command of English
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
