IT Security Manager

Role Impact & Ownership

Own and lead IAM and database-related operations and projects, including access governance, identity lifecycle management, and system security controls. Manage daily ID administration (user provisioning, privilege access monitoring, ServiceNow/service request workflows) while also driving improvements to access frameworks and processes. Act as a bridge between IT operations, security, and business users, with increasing responsibility in team leadership and project ownership.

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• IT operations & infrastructure management
• Access control frameworks, RBAC, access matrix design
• Database management exposure (not deeply technical focus)
• Security governance, audit, compliance (banking preferred)
• IT service management (ticketing, request fulfillment)

Technical Skills

IAM & Directory: Active Directory, M365/O365, user lifecycle management, access provisioning
ITSM & Operations: ServiceNow (or similar), ticket workflows, incident/request handling
Security & Governance: Access reviews, audit controls, compliance frameworks, risk management
Database Exposure: DBMS knowledge, access control on databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
General IT: Windows environment, enterprise systems administration

• Open to candidates transitioning from broader IT security/infra into IAM-heavy role
