Job Description
- Supporting IPO-related processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful IPO launches.
- Providing technical advice on accounting standards and their application to projects.
- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department.
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
A successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA is a must
- Big 4 is a must
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and IPO processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
