Our client, an international bank, is expanding its Singapore Wealth Hub and is seeking experienced Offshore Relationship Managers to join its growing North Asia team.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious bankers currently based in Hong Kong or Mainland China who are looking to strategically relocate to Singapore, leverage its world-class wealth management platform, and continue serving their HNW and UHNW clients through a leading offshore booking centre.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build, manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW offshore clients across Mainland China, Hong Kong and/or Taiwan .
  2. Transition and onboard portable client assets onto the Singapore platform while ensuring full compliance with cross-border regulations.
  3. Deliver holistic wealth management advice across a broad range of investment solutions, including global equities, fixed income, structured products, private markets, trusts, estate planning and family office solutions.
  4. Drive Net New Assets (NNA), revenue and profitability in line with business objectives.
  5. Maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance, adhering to MAS requirements, AML guidelines and internal risk policies.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years' Relationship Management experience covering the Greater China / North Asia market.
  2. Demonstrated track record of managing and growing an HNW/UHNW client portfolio, with portable AUM of at least SGD 30 million
  3. Native or business-fluent Mandarin is essential to support North Asian clients. Cantonese would be an advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of offshore wealth management products and cross-border investment solutions.
  5. Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline. Relevant regulatory certifications should be obtained upon joining.
