We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to develop hands-on technical skills while providing day-to-day support for one of our most sizeable firms.
Your new role
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents via ticketing systems, email, or in person
- Assist with user account management, including onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
What you'll need to succeed
- 1 year of experience in IT Support or IT related duties
- Experience in upgrading Win10 to Win 11 is an ADVANTAGE
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English
