SVP, Investment Counsellor - International Priavte Bank

Our client, a leading international wealth management platform, is seeking an experienced investment professional to partner closely with private bankers in delivering sophisticated investment solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will provide holistic portfolio advice, market insights, and investment implementation support across a broad range of asset classes, helping clients navigate evolving market conditions and achieve their long-term financial objectives.

• Deliver tailored investment advice and portfolio solutions to affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Partner with private bankers to develop and implement investment strategies aligned with clients' financial goals, liquidity needs, and risk appetite.
• Provide insights on global markets, macroeconomic developments, and investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.
• Support investment execution and ensure seamless coordination with product specialists and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions.
• Contribute to business growth by deepening existing relationships and identifying opportunities to broaden investment engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience within private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset investing, including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, alternatives, and structured investment solutions.
• Proven ability to discuss and present investment ideas to sophisticated investors and family offices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Relevant regulatory qualifications required to conduct investment advisory activities in Hong Kong.
