About the Role Our client is a global retail MNC undergoing a large-scale AI transformation and expanding the use of GenAI solutions across multiple business units and international markets.
They are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to help build, deploy, and scale enterprise AI applications that support business decision-making and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to work on production-grade AI platforms with real business impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams across technology, data, and product functions.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs that support AI applications
  • Productionize AI and agent-based workflows into scalable and reliable solutions
  • Deploy and support applications across development, testing, and production environments
  • Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms, databases, and internal systems
  • Improve system performance, reliability, monitoring, and scalability
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous platform enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Platform Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or similar roles
  • Experience deploying and supporting production applications, include LangChain, LangGraph, or AI Agent development exposure
  • Strong Python development skills
  • Experience building APIs and backend services
  • Strong SQL and database experience
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
