Job Description
- Support project rollout, including testing and implementation phases
- Coordinate with business users, operations, and IT for smooth delivery
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and develop regular reporting dashboards
- Build and maintain datamarts to enhance business insights
- Handle ongoing analytics requests from stakeholders
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across project teams
- Degree holder with 5+ years in business analysis or project delivery
- Experience within financial services or data-driven environments preferred
- Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, or Excel VBA
- Knowledge in data analysis, database management, or system development is advantageous
- Proactive, creative, and driven to tackle new challenges
- Solid communication, analytical, and project management abilities
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
