- Providing operational support for trading activities within the EAM business.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of trade confirmations and settlements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve trade discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitoring and addressing system issues to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Assisting in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintaining compliance with financial services regulations and company policies.
- Preparing and analyzing reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Responding to client inquiries and providing exceptional service in a professional manner.
- Bachelor degree in Finance or relevant disciplines.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in trade operations, middle-office, or brokerage support.
- Proficiency in relevant trading systems and financial software tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to manage trade discrepancies.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within the banking and financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.
