About Our Client

My client is based in the financial services industry and they are urgently looking for a guest service officer to join their team in their new branch. They will need to have strong customer services skills and be able to work 5.5 days.

Job Description

As a Guest Services Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing the front desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring their readiness for use.
• Maintaining accurate visitor logs and ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Providing administrative support to the team as required.
• Managing courier services and mail distribution efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Guest Services Officer should have:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or front desk role within the Financial Services / hospitality / F&B will be an advantage
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
• An organised and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to assist clients and colleagues.
