Job Description
As a PE Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth financial research and analysis to support investment decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and update financial models for private equity investments
- Support the preparation of investment proposals and materials
- Assist deal teams in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies
- Contribute to portfolio management and investment valuation processes
- Prepare presentation materials for investors, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders
A successful PE Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive working attitude
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
