Our client is a well-known Investment Bank with global presence - they are looking for a proactive professional to support client onboarding and lifecycle management within Private Banking. This role focuses on KYC reviews, maintaining accurate client data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Description
- Perform trigger event and KYC reviews, including assessing CIP documents, Total Net Worth (TNW) updates, and related materials
- Follow up with Sales on missing or inconsistent information to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate client data in internal account maintenance systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain approvals and manage escalations
- Ensure proper record-keeping of account documentation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience within banking or financial services
- Prior experience in private banking, trigger event reviews, or KYC/SOW due diligence is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of CIP/KYC documentation and processes
- Familiarity with a range of account structures, including individuals, private holding companies (PHCs), and trusts
