Key Responsibilities



HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders and line managers on employee lifecycle matters, including talent management, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Provide practical HR advice and guidance on employee relations, people issues, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.


Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Drive performance management cycles and talent review processes.
  • Assist in identifying and developing high-potential employees.


Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize employee communication, wellness, and retention programs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and concerns.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
  • Open to candidates from all industries, including financial services, professional services, technology, retail, healthcare, or multinational corporations.
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting regional populations would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred.
