Head of Wholesale Operations ( Based in Hong Kong )

Our client is a leading international bank seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the bank's Hong Kong operations and support the delivery of its business strategy.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Head of Operations will be a key member of the Hong Kong EXCO and a strategic partner to the business. The role will oversee a broad range of functions including client onboarding and KYC, trade and loan processing, treasury operations, credit administration, technology, business continuity, vendor management and corporate services.

Requirements
The successful candidate will lead operational risk and control, drive process improvements and transformation initiatives, and work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure the Hong Kong operating model remains effective, well-controlled and aligned with the bank's broader strategy.
