The Role
VP/ED, Product Management and Investment Consultancy, Wealth Management
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and wealth management solutions;

- Drive product due diligence, risk assessment, pricing, and product approval processes;
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth product rollout and operation;
- Lead and develop the Investment Consultancy function to provide high-quality advisory services to clients and internal stakeholders;
- Establish advisory frameworks, model portfolios, and investment themes;
- Oversee market insights, investment ideas, and portfolio proposals;
- ont-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Oversee and, where appropriate, participate in order placement and trade execution for client porftolios, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to best-execution standards;
- Implement robust controls and documentation for order handling, trade allocation, and post-trade review;
- Ensure compliance with SFC regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices in all execution-related activities;
- Ensure all products, advisory activities, and execution processes complying with SFC regulations and internal policies;
- Maintain robust documentation, risk controls, and audit readiness.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in dealing or related work experience, proven experience on OTC equity products is required;
- Candidates with over 2 years of working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
- Degree holder in France, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent; Education background on Quantitative or Finance Technology preferred;
- In-depth understanding of OTC products; strong awareness of market trends and economic outlook;
- Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, competent in VBA is preferred;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred;
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to derivative and fund products.
