We are seeking a motivated IT Support to help keep the servers, applications, and end-user environments running smoothly for one of our Global Top-tier Banking clients.

Your new role
- Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new joiners.
- Monitor production servers, applications, and network services; acknowledge alerts and escalate as needed.
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows/Linux endpoints, Office 365, and core business applications.
- Assist with system health checks, patching, backups, and routine maintenance on servers and virtual machines.
- Log and track tickets in our helpdesk system; keep users updated on progress.
What you'll need to succeed - Possessed IT support, helpdesk, or related infrastructure roles (internships and projects count).
- Must be familiar with M365 admin basics and Active Directory user management.
- Willingness to learn Linux basics, scripting, and security practices over time.
- Good communication skills in English; Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
