Job Description
As a Co-investment Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential co-investment opportunities.
- Structuring and executing investment deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Preparing detailed investment memos and presenting findings to senior management.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and providing actionable insights to enhance returns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support investment decision-making processes.
- Staying updated with market trends and identifying growth equity opportunities.
- Participating in strategic discussions to align investments with organizational objectives.
A successful Co-investment Senior Associate should have:
- A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or investment banking (TMT/Healthcare preferred)
- Strong track record in Series A-B stage investments or transactions
- Solid analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong interest in innovation-driven sectors; healthcare / life sciences background is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills, open for business trip.
