Job Description
- Product Analysis & Positioning: Prepare and maintain high-quality product materials and presentations. Conduct comprehensive product data analysis and peer group comparisons to support product positioning and business development.
- RFP & Due Diligence: Facilitate institutional client requests by completing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) accurately and efficiently.
- Product Operations & Execution: Assist the product team with daily product life cycle management, project execution, and other product - related tasks.
- Cross - functional Collaboration: Act as a smart and agile liaison, communicating effectively across multiple departments to ensure the smooth execution of product initiatives.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market demands to assist in identifying new product opportunities.
- Degree or above in Finance, Economy, Accountancy or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related functions within the asset management or fund industry.
- System & Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in using financial data terminals including Bloomberg, Wind, and Morningstar. Familiarity with various AI tools to enhance daily work efficiency is required.
- Cross-border Knowledge: Solid understanding of cross-border mechanisms and regulatory policies, including but not limited to QDII, ETF Connect, and MRF.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Hong Kong ETFs, mutual funds, and segregated accounts. Knowledge of mainland financial products is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented. Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
