Job Description
Duties:
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of private equity and venture capital investments across the healthcare and life sciences sectors
- Lead investment structuring, valuation analysis, term sheet negotiation, transaction execution, and coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations, financial analyses, and risk assessments to the Investment Committee and senior management.
- Drive portfolio value creation through active engagement with management teams, participation in board meetings, and provision of strategic guidance on clinical development, commercialization, partnering, and fundraising activities.
- Support fundraising activities by providing market insights, portfolio updates, and investment performance analysis to existing and prospective limited partners (LPs) and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A strong background in banking and financial services, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis and investment strategies.
- Experience in deal structuring and transaction management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial services industry.
