Job Description
- Oversee the daily processing and control of treasury and financial market transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage settlement activities, monitor operational risks, and resolve transaction exceptions in a timely manner.
- Review and approve transactions, payments, and operational reports to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations professionals, driving high performance and service standards.
- Enhance operational processes, strengthen control frameworks, support strategic projects, and contribute to departmental objectives.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- 8+ years of treasury or financial markets operations experience, including people management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of treasury products, settlements, SWIFT, CHATS, CMU, fixed income products, and derivatives operations.
- Solid understanding of regulatory reporting, risk controls, and banking operations.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken.
