About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Global Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking for a Project Analyst to join the team to support first-line control function projects across client onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and maintaining the integrity of client data. Candidate from Big 4/Consulting background would also be considered.

Job Description

• Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations and materials to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
• Translate complex regulatory, operational, and data-related topics into clear, concise insights and recommendations
• Lead and support process improvement and remediation initiatives from design through to execution and closure
• Track and analyze project progress, deliverables, and outcomes, providing meaningful insights and reporting
• Establish and maintain strong project governance, including updates, risk tracking, and escalation management
• Partner closely with business, control, and technology teams across regional offices to coordinate initiatives and drive alignment
• Support the delivery of transformation programs and change initiatives within the Account Management function

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree
• Proven experience in consulting, Big 4, project management, or transformation roles within financial services
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders across business, risk, and technology functions
• VBA knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of KYC processes, AML regulations, and private wealth management is highly desirable
