Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys solving complex business problems rather than simply tracking project plans?

We're partnering with a leading global financial services firm that is continuing to invest heavily in its technology and operational platforms across Asia. As part of this growth, they're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve client experience, drive operational efficiency, and deliver scalable technology solutions across the business.

This is a highly visible role, offering regular interaction with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Compliance and Product teams , where you'll play a key role in shaping how critical business processes evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business andtechnology projects
2. Gather, challenge and refine business requirements to ensure practical, scalable solutions
3. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical initiatives
4. Analyse complex operational processes and identify opportunities forautomation and improvement
5. Produce business cases, functional specifications and project documentation
6. Track project delivery, manage stakeholder s and remove delivery blockers
7. Validate delivered solutions throughtesting and user engagement to ensure successful adoption

What We're Looking For:

1. 10+ years' experience delivering complex projects within financial services
2. Strong experience working across both business and technology stakeholders
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
5. Strong analytical mindset, with SQL experience highly advantageous
6. PMP, Six Sigma or similar project management certifications would be beneficial
