The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division is responsible for processing:
(1) applications for new equity listings including transactions by listed companies deemed to be new listings; and
(2) pre-IPO enquiries relating to new equity listings.

- Provide operational and administrative support to the teams in handling IPO applications.
- Assist in preparing internal documents and standard correspondences related to IPO case processing.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of information in internal databases and tracking systems.
- Support ongoing compliance monitoring for documentary requirements of IPO cases.
- Participate in ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- At least one year of administrative experience in well-established organisation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
