A leading international wealth management institution is seeking a high-calibre Investment Specialist to join its Hong Kong Wealth Management team. The organisation provides a comprehensive range of investment solutions and serves affluent, high-net-worth (HNW), and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients through a strong global network and extensive product platform.
Your new role
Provide professional investment advisory and portfolio management support to affluent and HNW clients.
Develop customised investment strategies and asset allocation recommendations aligned with clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment opportunities across various asset classes.
Partner closely with Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and drive investment revenue.
Deliver market updates, investment insights, and portfolio presentations to clients and prospects.
Act as a subject-matter expert on investment products including funds, structured products, bonds, equities, FX, and alternative investments.
Support frontline teams through coaching, training, and investment-related guidance.
Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, portfolio counselling, financial planning, or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, portfolio construction, and investment products.
Proven ability to engage and advise affluent and HNW clients on investment and wealth planning solutions.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP, ECF, or Certified Banker will be highly regarded.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
