KYC Data Migration Analyst (12 month contract)

Your new role

• Execute detailed data and document verification checks for client accounts undergoing migration, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, missing information, and documentation gaps, ensuring defined quality standards are met prior to migration;
• Respond timely to frontline queries on process and account specific documentation / information requirements;
• Proactively follow up on in-progress cases and provide frontline support to advisers and client service teams on KYC documentation requirements, account-specific queries, and migration process clarifications, ensuring consistent application of compliance standards across the migration programme;
• Support AMT Maintenance Lead with maintaining checklists and procedures; and
• Ensure timely and accurate input for project tracking.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience.
  
• 1-3 years plus relevant working experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and process discipline, with the ability to consistently apply defined standards;
• Working knowledge of CIP / KYC requirements under Australian regulatory frameworks is advantageous;
• High attention to detail with proven ability to identify discrepancies or missing information, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms;
