Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst (1-year contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and system solutions.
• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, UX/UI teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate, and support UAT activities, including test scenario preparation, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, manage project risks and issues, and support change management and user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of Business Analysis experience within the Life Insurance industry, particularly in policy servicing or customer service operations.
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects; system revamp experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience in UX/UI design or customer journey enhancement is an advantage.
